Mind signs a Sponsorship Agreement with Iasi University

Mind sponsors 2D and 3D CAD design and engineering training at Iasi University, at Romania, giving the students superior exposure to the latest advances in specialized CAD software for designing, modelling and manufacturing footwear and leather goods.


Mind, developer and supplier of Mind Technology solutions, provided the University of Iasi students - within the Faculty of Textile, Leather and Industrial Management - access to MindCAD 2D and 3D Design & Engineering software. The licensed installation will help the students gain hands-on experience with the industry’s best of breed solutions.

João Bernardo, Mind CEO for, who has been working closely with the University of Iasi on this partnership, said:

This agreement follows previous meetings, including a conference and training session with the academic team of Iasi University and a seminar aimed at interested professionals and potential clients from the Romanian footwear business community.

The meetings were designed to provide attendees with an overview of Mind Technology integrated solutions, insights on MindCAD 2D-3D design and engineering environment, and an exclusive preview of the new and future developments.
